Processing of personal data
As our clients, website visitors, customers and lecture participants, we inform you about the collection of personal data described below and the privacy policy.
The protection of your personal data is important to us, and therefore we will always follow the principles below in our relations with you. Our website is not intended for persons under the age of 15.
The Scope of personal data processing
We collect personal data if you contact us via the form on our website; if you register for our workshop, our lecture, training or conference; if you subscribe to our newsletter; if you enter into a contractual relationship with us or if you request the service by e-mail or telephone.
Processed data:
– name and surname, or company name (trade name)
– e-mail address
– telephone number
– postal address (registered office)
– group photos at events organized by us
– IP address, cookies, traffic analysis
Who has access to your data
Your Personal Data will also be processed by other processors and administrators who provide us with server, hosting and cloud services (Gsuite, Gmail, WordPress, Facebook, Google, contract carriers, a company providing legal services, a person providing invoicing and administrative services related to the preparation of events, external trainers and lecturers). Service providers change over time and we will send a smooth list on request.
The Length of personal data processing
We will process personal data for the period during which we will provide you with our services or fulfill a mutual contract and then for a period of 5 years in case of legitimate interest. Furthermore, for the time strictly necessary to fulfill archiving obligations under applicable legislation (the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Act, the Value Added Tax Act, the laws governing mandatory data retention, government regulations to retain investigation-related data or data that is must be kept for the purposes of litigation).

Performance of the contract
Personal data provided for the purpose of performing the contract and providing personal data for the purpose of answering questions or required information.
Newsletter
We may use the e-mail address after receiving your consent when sending out a regular newsletter with information about events, publications or services we provide. Consent can be given via our website or electronically by e-mail, in writing as part of one of our trainings or via the Mailchimp service.
Processing.
Direct marketing
If you become our customer, part of the processing of personal data may also be sending a newsletter and business messages for the purpose of direct marketing. These will include, in particular, invitations to new years of conferences, offers of follow-up trainings or services, special events and discounts. We will only send direct marketing communications to a reasonable extent (usually once a month, no more than 3 times a month) and only if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you may be interested in the offer.
You may refuse to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time and this will not affect our other relationships.
Photos
We can use photos from our events to a reasonable extent to promote us and raise awareness of our company. If you do not agree with the publication of your photo, please contact us at info@p2m.cz.
Traffic analysis
To analyze traffic on our website, cookies and other information are collected using Google Analytics and are used solely to improve existing services and marketing purposes.

Other legal obligations and legitimate interests
We will process personal data in the form of backups of our servers or as part of logging all events for problem analysis and security. We will also use the data for accounting purposes. The legal basis for such processing is the fulfillment of legal obligations or our legitimate interest.
Your rights arising from the processing of personal data
The Right to access
You can request information about what personal information we collect, how and to what extent we handle them at any time.
You are also entitled to a written copy of all your personal data. The first provision is free of charge, for the next provision we will require a fee of 100 CZK.
The Right to correct
You can ask us at any time to change, correct or supplement your personal data if it is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete.
The Right to delete
We must delete your personal data if their processing would be illegal or you revoke the consent given to their processing. Until we resolve any disputes regarding the processing of your personal data, we will not process your personal data in any way.
The Right to object
You can object to the processing of your personal data. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes. In the event of an objection to processing due to a legitimate interest, this objection will be evaluated and we will then inform you whether we have complied with it and will not continue to process your data or that the objection was not justified and processing will continue. In any case, until the opposition is resolved, processing will be restricted or prohibited.
The Right to portability
You have the right to obtain personal data concerning you, which are processed automatically and on the basis of consent or contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to have this personal data transferred directly to another administrator.

Our website uses small text files located on your device (so-called cookies), which are used to provide websites and online services and to collect data. Details on the cookies used and ways to disable their use can be found in our Policy on the use of cookies.
Security incident reporting
As part of our activities, we will do our utmost to prevent a security incident that would affect your personal data. We will provide training for all employees and we will use only reliable and proven technical solutions.
In the event of imminent risk, we will immediately inform you via the provided e-mail address and by publishing such information on our website, including all necessary details.
The Overseeing authority
Our activities are also supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection, where you can file a complaint in case of your dissatisfaction. Find out more on the Office’s website (www.uoou.cz).

If you have any comments regarding the handling of your personal data or have a question about the person responsible for data protection in our company or you exercise any of your rights, please contact us at the e-mail address. We will answer your questions or comments within 30 days.
Changes of rules
We declare that we will not restrict all rights arising from this privacy policy without your expressed consent and we will publish all changes to the privacy policy on our website. In case of major changes, we will inform you by e-mail. We archive all versions of this Privacy Policy and will always be able to access them on the P2M website.
This policy of personal data protection enters into force on 1 May 2018.
