Managerial Compass is a tailor-made development program for journalists from the Czech News Center in order to develop their managerial and leadership skills.

Each participant will complete 6 trainings lasting 3 hours from March to October 2022.

The program will include two retrospectives and a popular afterparty.

We want to support you, as talented current or promising team leaders, in developing your managerial skills. At the same time, with this program we want to support communication and cooperation between individual CNC newsrooms and build an internal platform for inter-editorial sharing of experience.
