After a divorce, translator Nadia and her daughter find new stability and peace when they finally get a new apartment. Gradually, however, they discover that the neighborly relations in the house have more than an eccentric dimension. Nada’s next door neighbor is clearly not well. The new oasis turns into a place of experience, where comedy mixes with nightmare and ends with a grotesque image of a system in which overlooking problems is an important equipment for survival.
